Meet Simón
I enjoy teaching Mindfulness and Meditation practices to help deal with the stresses and demands of daily life. Regardless of your background or experience, and whether you have an existing mindfulness or mediation practice, or are new to these, my courses offer a tool kit to help improve wellbeing both at home and the workplace.
